Kenneth charges 5% of the purchase price to select, bid and buy horses for clients at public auction that sell for less than $100,000. For horses with a sales price over $100,000, the charge is 4% of the purchase price. All Kenneth's travel and expenses are included in this fee.
As an alternative, Kenneth charges 3% of the purchase price to select, bid and buy horses for clients at public auction with an additional 3% of the purchase price due when the horse wins its first race. If the horse fails to break its maiden, the only charge to the client is the 3% purchase charge. All Kenneth's travel and expenses are included in this fee.
